city-wide trash pickup. So what that means is that people have
HUGE piles of crap and tree limbs in the street in front of their house:

80 degrees at 6:50am on my ride in this morning.
Yowza!
106 degrees today and 108 tomorrow.
I also brought two full panniers with me this morning.
Lunch and extra shirt in one side and a big box in the other.

Summer is here. Drink lots of water and if you plan to do any long rides over 10 miles freeze a bottle of water overnight before you go. A frozen bottle of water will melt in about 30 minutes out in the sun/heat and become warm water.
