Sunday was the first day of the Homegrown Cyclocross Series.
Don and I participated in the Fresno Cycling Club’s Annual Halloween Ride out to Lost Lake and on the way back stopped in at the Cross Race to check it out. http://www.ccorc.com/06/
I saw alot of local bike buddies from various shops, and a few other bike locals.
The course had a muddy spot, and alot of sandy sections.
I cheered on the crosser’s from the barriers:
My surly Cross Check is supposed to be in my greasy
hands tomorrow from UPS.
I plan to take it to the barriers on Sunday for the next race.

Follow-up comment rss or Leave a TrackbackI took a long lunch and rode over to the park and watched part of the last race. I must say it looked like it was a lot of fun. Several nice cyclocross bikes too. I may have to fall in-line and pick one up for myself.
Or you could try to fit some 32c cross tires on that PUCH. That would be cool.
cant mess with that bike until Candice gets an other bike
