Yesterday morning I was buzzed very closely by another minivan on Alluvial Avenue between First and Fresno Streets. It almost sent me into the curb. Candice’s bike has been stolen. Someone stole my wife’s bike last night from our patio. We are offering a reward for its return. If seen give me a call 786-3169. Its a mid 80s Peugeot, Blue/Orange/Red Frame, small, bright orange bar tape, it has a coaster brake, and a bianchi leopard print seat. And its name is Nixon.

Rumors are spreading that Lance Armstrong will be coming out of retirement to join Team Astana for the 2009 season for the Amgen Tour of California, Paris-Nice, the Tour de Georgia, the Dauphine-Libere and the Tour de France. Thats quite a schedule.
