Dude, I have seen worse actually. a few months ago I rode by a nice 4 foot high pile of deck scraps every day. This pile featured very old splintered wood with several rusty 16d nails pointing out toward the passing cars, and twice a day, me. Clovis is not as prompt at picking up the trash, and it was there for three weeks! Yeah not allowed in Fresno but it happens in Clovis.
