I see this woman once or twice per week.
She rides on the sidewalk through a parking lot then joins me on the road for about a half a mile. Always nice always cruizin. I think she works at the Kaiser Hospital on Alluvial avenue. Next time I see her I will hand her a Bike4More […]

Summer is here. Drink lots of water and if you plan to do any long rides over 10 miles freeze a bottle of water overnight before you go. A frozen bottle of water will melt in about 30 minutes out in the sun/heat and become warm water.
