You heard it right. Isaac is going to use my rack and trunk
bag on his commuter so I brought it in to work today.
I will take it to him after work. My new rack wont fit the trunk bag.
This is not an optical illusion, maybe just a little blurry:


I used Velcro loops to attach the old rack to the side of the new rack.
I then attached the old trunk bag to the top of both racks.
It rattled a little but it worked great.
Necessity breeds ingenuity I suppose.

Does anybody here know how to weld or have a light wire-feed setup? We could build some custom stuff.
One more thing:
If you put a bar across the backs of both racks connecting the frames together, you might be able to carry a double set of pannier bags without the frames collapsing, dividing by zero and throwing themselves kamikaze-style into the spinning wheel.
One of my bags already tried to end their life by diving into the spokes. While loaded with groceries. Not Cool.
