So this evening I went on a bike ride with some encouragement from my roommates. I would sprint around and meet them at different points on their walk it was rather enjoyable. I find that the bike is a great way to set myself free from whatever is troubling me. So I rode hard and sweat out all my worries.
The only problem with riding when your not in the right mind is you do things that you probably shouldn’t. For me it was cutting across cedar, lane by lane cutting cars off and buzzing by others tell I finally got to the left hand turn lane. Wasn’t a great idea, being that I was dodging through cars instead of waiting. I am pretty sure most of the cars just saw a pair of handle bars and then I was past.

I had a blast sprinting through Fresno State. When no one is around that place is like an amusement park for bikes
. After getting through the other side I stopped to take a quick breather.


Then proceeded to ride a little more and practiced track standing. After all my practice I found that the best way to track stand is to separate myself from the bike
.

Thats a good looking track stand that bike isn’t going anywhere
. So after all my gallivanting around town I was tired, sore, sweaty, and very relaxed. For me the bike is my energy for the day, exercise for the body, and exorcist of stress. I have never found anything that has helped me more in life than my bike….okay I’ll get off my soap box for the day. I will let all of you figure out what the bike does for you.
