Flat is right. It was all flat, there was two speed bumps thats about it.

Don did great, he is really improving faster than expected. Typical Don

My dad didnt do so well though. He usually would struggle on such a long ride but he has always been able to finish. He has been on a special diet subscribed by his doctor lately so he bonked about 2/3 of the way through and had to sag it in.

I felt great but got a little bored with all the flat riding and slow going.
