I sold the Langster which left a HUGE hole in my bike arsenal.

This IRO MarkV filled it nicely. Here it is loaded up on the back of my truck after coming out of the box.

And after I put it together and rode it around to dial in the fit.

I put some of my parts on it and adjusted the position. I think the original owner put in the starnut at the max fork length and just added spacers. There is a buttload of spacers that I need to get rid of. Plus the seller ran it with a freewheel that also needs to be removed.  I put a Surly 16t cog and my Conti tires.

I rode it around a few miles in the neighborhood and I already like it much better than the langster. It feels like it accelerates better and rides lighter. It might be marginally heavier but the size feels good. Right now the stem is too long and I’m undecided about the Major Taylor bars.

The Paul E-lever and Major Taylor handlebars are for sale if anybody wants them. I like the bars but they look funny.
