This week I am just swamped with work, but this is also the week I get back on track. Since for the last week or more I have been not exercising as much and eating out a lot. It is high time that I get back on track. So that is what I am doing starting by going to the gym again and riding my bike to work.
It was a nice break while it lasted but its high time to get going again. This next weekend Zak and I may be going on a great ride, but we will see when the time comes. I am looking forward to a there and back again ride, but we may just do a ride out and get a ride back we will see.
But all you out there looking at your bike wondering if you should ride, the answer is YES!!!. The weather is perfect the sun feels great and its only going to get hotter so get those miles in people.
