Well I don’t know if they do but I sure dream about them.  So yesterday we went on a bike ride and when I got back I was dog tired…it didn’t help that Friday I didn’t sleep at all really.  So I showered after the ride and got a bite to eat.  Then decided to sit on my bed and read a book….big mistake I was out like a light ‘click’

So now you wondering what did I dream about well bikes of course.  The whole crew of guys I ride with were there we were all waiting to start a race.  I look around and there are all kinds of pro teams around….to say the least I was a little worried about the outcome of this race even if it was all in my head.

The race started and we all were pedaling as hard as we could, but every time I would reach top speed and be really pedaling hard I would shake myself awake….look around my room a second and pretty much just pass out again into a deep sleep.   I would be back in the race each time I fell asleep pedaling with all my might I was in the lead and thought I had it.  Then as we are about to cross the finish line some team Astana guy passes me…now I can only guess, but I bet it was Levi.

I finally woke up after the race was over and found myself covered in clean clothes from the dryer that my roommates wife and put on my bed.  I have to wonder if either of them saw or heard anything while I dreamed because I shaking myself awake and acting crazy in my sleep so who knows.

What I do know is I lost the race which sucks because it was my dream, but when I finally woke up I felt sick to my stomach like I had been exercising very hard.  All and all I don’t think bikes dream, but my bike dreams are a little crazy
