It feels great to be back in the saddle let me tell you.  Like Zak said we had a beautiful Sunday ride I want to thank everyone for coming out.  Everything is more enjoyable with more people.  All I know is that I was smiling and laughing the whole ride.

As for today I am back to bike commuting thank goodness I don’t think I could take another day of not commuting.  Traffic was lite the air was cool and I was zipping down the street.  I felt great when I got to work, commuting to me is like having a cup of coffee in the morning.

I wanted to share with you a funny comment my roommates wife said to me this weekend as I put new tires on the bike ooh….I will have to post some pictures of that process.  She said “that if I spent as much time with a girl as I do with my bike that I would probably be married by now.”  She may be right, but for now I am happy doing what I am doing….besides I am going to get a girl who cycles too that way I can have the best of both worlds.
