So while we were out riding on Friday I saw a very rare bird indeed. It was of the male gender and had almost a 6 foot wing span….big bird right no it wasn’t yellow. Then it had some very unique markings and features, such as a super hard cranium, stretchy leg skin of some sort, and a Colorado Jersey. Here is a picture of this rare bird:

Zak was riding with no hands flapping his arms in front of me while sporting his Colorado Jersey so I decided to snap a picture of this rare bird, even though its not a great picture.

It was a great day to ride Zak kicked my ass on Saturday, my legs were shaking and I was gasping for air on some hills but rock on. At one point Zak had to get the paddles out to resuscitate me aka some super juice. Zaks own mix of powdered electrolytes and protein (Hammer Products HEED) that kicked my butt back in to gear. It was a great ride and I loved every minute of it even the gasping part
