This morning was nice, the streets were wet but it was not raining. Not until halfway through my commute. I still had fun, and I thank the bike gods for rear fenders.
The guys over at A Year Of Bike Commuting do this thing called “The things I carry.”
So I decided to put a little twist on this and show you the big box I carried this morning in my bag. The soaking wet shoes and Nalgene bottle are there for size reference. My Chrome bag could not have held another inch of anything.

This box has a double DIN stereo from my Fiance’s, Brother’s GMC Sierra truck. Yep, I sold it on ebay to finance the purchase of a replacement stereo for my Fiance’s blazer. I must now cart it to the post office to mail it.

Follow-up comment rss or Leave a TrackbackThat’s awesome. I have a photo of a 12-pack of toilet paper sticking out of my messenger bag. It was barely in there.
Yeah luckily the box was flat and fit on my back I had to use the stabilizer strap to keep it on my back. I also attached the nalgene bottle to the shoulder strap. I must have looked like a gypsy.
That is a pretty fat bag.
Thanks?
