So here we are a new week ahhh the air feels great today…..it has a hint of minty freshness I think. So this is going to be one of those all inclusive kind of posts.

So this weekend Zak and I rode the fixed gears, it was about a 24 mile ride and it was great. We are in training for the Alley Cat that is on the 27th of this month. Well at least I am Zak is already in great shape go coach go. But all and all it was a great ride, I always look forward to those rides they make me feel so relaxed.

Now back in the saddle for the new week, commuted to work today and I have to say it was a glorious morning the blue sky and clouds were beautiful. I almost rode right past work and went on a ride thats how nice of a day it is. These are the kind of mornings that make up for all those cold, wet, and miserable rides.

Also I wanted to apologize for the site being down yesterday that was a hosting problem, but they quickly rectified the situation which I thank them for.

Anyway more to come in the coming weeks especially with the Alley Cat coming up so fast we will be sure to take pictures and post them for you all to see. Keep on pedaling
