I wrote about the outstanding finished product that is the Friant road construction project earlier. It seems to me that the work being done on the road under the 41 freeway overpass on alluvial Ave does not make much sense and has not improved in a few months.
Can anybody tell me exactly what they are doing?

Follow-up comment rss or Leave a TrackbackI was driving through there the other day and was wondering the same thing. That section has been that way for awhile with no sign of progress maybe we should put a sign up there saying “What are you doing here?”. Well its an idea at least.
