So I didn’t ride today cry. Why you ask? Well something happen that my coach predicted last night, by coach I mean Zak. He was worried that I may hurt myself with the way I have been going and going on this workout. Well coach you were right, my neck and right arm are super stiff and sore enough so that I was unable to ride the bike without pain. So I drove like everyone else cry, but I learned my lesson. From now on I will moderate my workout and not be so crazy. So I wrote this whole thing just to say Zak you were right. So everyone out there listen to your coaches and ride a little extra for me.

Last week was my first week ever biking all 5 days to work, and I started a year ago. With 3 days this week, I’m now up to 8 days in a row. I wonder how long I can keep this streak up…
A good to see you, haven’t seen you posting in a while. Yes you are right I need to take it a little easier. But it feels so good to be exercising I guess I just over do it.
As for your riding streak I think that you can do it forever as long as you take the weekends off. But keep us up to date we would love to know how long you last.
Well sometimes you just need to a rest. After that free hour with the personal trainer at ballys last night I couldn’t ride to my mailbox today if I wanted to.
