My commute was a nice one even though it is rather short, which funny enough is lame on a bike but  good in a vehicle.  No matter what is on my mind or how tired I am a morning ride seems to clear that up right away, its a kind of meditation if you will.  After a morning ride I am ready to face the day head on, which is a great feeling and I have become addicted to it.

At my last job I would stay up late and go to work early just like I do today but their was a difference.  At that job I was always stressed out and felt sleepy all the time and just blah.  Since starting my new job I have made one important change and that is cycling.  I now am cycling to work in the morning and Zak and I do fun rides or rides to get in better shape a couple times a week.  With just that change in my life I am now more lively and not as tired anymore.  Cycling is the best form of meditation and stress relief I know so I hope everyone learned something today BIKE MORE and you will LIVE MORE!!  Tell next time keep on riding :)
